Bought a Single Family home in 2025 in New braunfels, TX. We met Brooke through a listing on Zillow and didn’t know if we wanted to use a realtor or not but I am so glad we did and so glad we got Brooke! Brooke is not only an awesome person and so easy to get along with, she knows how to get things done! She is excellent with communication and keeps your needs in mind through the entire home buying process. I highly recommend Brooke to anyone looking for a home in the San Marcos/ New Braunfels area.

Bought a home in 2025. My husband and I feel fortunate to have run into Brooke online. We were looking for a home in New Braunfels, Texas, and were not sure where to start. We searched online and found Brooke's listings and were hesitant to fill out the online questionnaire. She responded immediately, and we started the process. She scheduled eight homes over the course of several days. We ended up purchasing a home before returning home to Nevada. Brooke was amazing from start to finish. We were not able to attend our walk-through. Brook attended the walk-through for us with the builder and identified all the items that needed attention. She was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable throughout the process. We have purchased many homes and have never worked with a realtor who had an eye for detail with paperwork and the walk-through. We would highly recommend her and will work with her in the future.

Sold a Single Family home in 2025 in Driftwood, TX. Brooke was very helpful with explaining and navigating the current real estate environment. Bought a Single Family home in 2025 in New braunfels, TX. Brooke has been one of the best realtors I’ve had the pleasure to work with. She was always available. And was always there to fight for me when any issue came about dealing with the builder, underwriting, and title company. Her knowledge is top tier. She sent suggestions for homes everyday. Even after closing she still follows ups with me. I’m glad she was the one representing me through this process. I couldn’t ask for a better realtor. Thank you Brooke!!!

Overall Russell was excellent. As new home buyers me and my wife had numerous questions, Russell did not hesitate to explain even the simplest questions.
