Home-buying can be stressful, especially because we were out-of-town buyers, but Brooke made it easy -- helping us negotiate a deal, answering our questions promptly, and providing us virtual tours of the condo to help us make our decision. Sold a Single Family home in 2024 in New braunfels, TX. Natalie was the best! I needed to sell fast, and my house needed a lot of work. She was so knowledgeable, and knew I didn't have a lot of money to fix up. She told me what I needed to do, when I was ready she listed my house. It sold in 3 days, multiple offers. I could not be happier.

Bought and sold a Single Family home in 2024 in San marcos, TX. My husband and I decided to buy a new build and was highly recommended by a close friend of mine to go with Natalie. Natalie called us right away and met with us a day later. Natalie was amazing, she loves her job and you can see it in her work with how she connects with her clients, she explained the whole process step by step and guided us through selling our previous home and closing on our new build 3/8/24. Natalie goes above and beyond answering all of our questions, walking us through the closing procedures and even met us at our new home on closing day to take photos to which we didn't do with our first home. I would recommend Natalie to any of our friends or anyone looking to buy or sell.
