I’ve been licensed in real estate since 1979 and am proud to be a native Texan serving San Marcos and the Central Texas area. Whether I’m working with buyers or sellers, my goal is always the same — to provide exceptional service, clear communication, and a smooth experience from start to finish.

As a multi–million-dollar producer, I’ve been honored to have received many Top Producer awards. I’ve also had the privilege of serving as President of the San Marcos Area Board of Realtors and being named Realtor of the Year.

I’m passionate about supporting my community through past involvement with InSanMarcos, where I keep residents informed about new developments and housing trends, through my past work with the San Marcos Education Foundation, supporting teachers and students through grants and fundraising efforts and involvement with church.

Outside of real estate, I love boating, traveling, and spending time with my four wonderful grandchildren. I approach everything I do with enthusiasm, positivity, and a deep love for my community and the people who call it home.
