An honest man’s pillow is his peace of mind.” This phrase is from a John Mellencamp song, and it is how I have tried to live my life and conduct my business for the last twenty-three years as a licensed/certified home inspector and two years as a licensed real estate appraiser. Having performed nearly 18,000 home inspections and appraisals during that time, I feel I have a vast knowledge of the real estate business and a unique perspective as it pertains to the overall condition of homes and their general construction and condition.
Having recently relocated to the New Braunfels area from out of state, I am looking forward to putting my real estate knowledge and customer relations skills to work for you. I have learned over the years that success of any kind comes from hard work, knowledge, and a passion for helping others reach their goals. Developing lasting relationships with my clients has always been a priority and a strong point for me.
While not working with clients, you may find me golfing, taking my classic 1965 Lincoln to a car show, or spending time with the number one reason for moving to the great state of Texas: my family.
