I have lived here my entire life and my family goes back 6 generations in San Marcos. I am a graduate of San Marcos Academy and have my BA in Advertising from Texas State University.

I have been awarded Elite status within REAL Brokerage as an individual agent for 2022 and my team was ranked one of the top teams in Texas with REAL Broker in January 2022.

I live with my husband and four children in San Marcos, along with many pets. Foster care and adoption, along with animal advocacy are two of my passions in life.

My husband and I were initially talking with an agent from a different company before we met her and he wasted 4 or the 6 days we were in town looking for homes. Natalie saved that trip. We got connected with her and she worked all day And had an itinerary for the following day with many homes she presented to us, one of which is now our family home. Natalie and our lender Lee were on the same page each step of the way so when a home would hit the market we'd be scheduled and have a full payment breakdown before we even knew it was available. They were a really great team and I couldn't imagine doing it without either of them.

Natalie Butler-Megerson was our agent for selling in San Marcos Texas and buying in Round Rock Texas. Natalie is very professional and knows how to list and sell a house through multiple avenues. She knows the laws she knew all of the detailed information and researched areas of question. She wanted us to be happy with our choice before the sale. I can give five stars, however that would indicate that there is no need to try to improve and that would be a bad thing for anyone. So since I am totally satisfied with the service Natalie gave me, I am giving the highest rating I can give. I would add that Natalie provided a excellent agent to sell a property for me. He had an offer to buy my property in 10 days. She also introduced me to a mortgage loan officer who took excellent care of me. All in all as pain free as can be. Thanks Natalie!

I didn't know Natalie before I called her to look at one of her listings. I didn't make an offer on that one because it didn't end up being a good fit for me. But I knew from that day on that she was an invaluable asset and advocate. She took the initiative to show me homes that matched what I was looking for. I needed an agent that was communicative and Natalie was the absolute best with attending to my questions and offering her own perspective on how to move forward. She was never pushy. She's fun. Natalie does all the heavy lifting so buying a house is actually a pleasant experience. Highly recommend.
